Check-in is from 1 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out are not available. Our standard check-out time is 10:00 AM, after which our housekeeping team begins cleaning and preparing the villa for the next arrival. This process usually takes 2–3 hours to ensure the property is clean, checked, and ready to provide the best experience for every guest. Since our standard check-in time is 1:00 PM, we are unable to accommodate early arrivals or extended departures. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Yes, apart from your online booking payment, a refundable security deposit needs to be paid to the caretaker at the time of check-in. This deposit is collected as a precaution against any damages to the property during your stay.

The security deposit amount differs based on the villa type:

  • 2BHK – β‚Ή2,000
  • 3BHK & 4BHK – β‚Ή3,000

The security deposit is fully refundable after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property and all house rules are followed.

Our booking includes a base occupancy of up to 8 guests. If additional guests arrive at the property during check-in beyond the number mentioned in the booking, an additional charge of β‚Ή1,000 per extra guest will be applicable. To ensure a smooth check-in experience, we request guests to mention the correct number of guests while making the booking.

House Rules

A few things to know before you check in, so the stay is smooth for you and the guests after you.

  • No cancellation or refund policy is available.
  • Additional guests will be charged β‚Ή1,000 per person per night.
  • Check-in: 1:00 PM. Check-out: 10:00 AM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are not permitted.
  • A refundable security deposit of β‚Ή3,000 is required at check-in. The deposit may be forfeited if house rules are violated or if any damage/breakage occurs on the property.
  • Caretakers are available on call between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Guests are requested to address their queries during these hours.
  • Kitchen usage: β‚Ή500 per day/night. We do not provide a gas connection or stove; an induction cooktop with basic induction-compatible cookware is available under this charge.
  • Barbecue setup: β‚Ή500 per use. We provide a barbecue grill, skewers, and 2 kg of charcoal.
  • Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests at check-in.
  • Towels are provided every 2 days per guest for multi-night bookings.
  • Bedsheets are changed every 3 days for multi-night bookings.
  • Cleaning is scheduled between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM for multi-night bookings. Requests for cleaning outside the scheduled housekeeping hours cannot be accommodated.
  • Pool access is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Pool usage is strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM.
  • Outdoor music is permitted until 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM, music may be played indoors at a moderate volume.
  • Decorations are permitted only under the supervision and approval of the caretaker. Decorations on interior walls, furniture, or other surfaces are not allowed. Unauthorized decorations may result in additional charges.
  • Power outages from MSEB are beyond our control. Inverter backup is available for approximately 2–3 hours. No refund or compensation will be provided for electricity outages.
  • Respectful behavior toward staff and management is mandatory. Rude, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate eviction from the villa without refund.
  • Pets are welcome. Please do not allow pets on beds, sofas, or in the swimming pool. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed free of charge; any additional pets will be charged β‚Ή1,000 per pet per stay.
  • Any damage to the property, furniture, fixtures, amenities, or decor will result in additional charges.
  • Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only. Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited.
